GARDEN GROVE, Calif.—A woman was fatally struck by a car on Aug. 28 while walking in Garden Grove.
The victim was struck by a Lexus RX300 just before 7:25 a.m. in the 8700 block of Garden Grove Boulevard, police said.
The woman, whose name was not immediately released, was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead, police said.
Police do not suspect alcohol or drugs played a part in the crash, but the cause was undetermined.
