“My kids came and told me there’s a new grading system coming up. Every kid gets a 50 percent floor for every test. You can retake the test if your grade is less than a C and there’s no homework. All of a sudden, if you put a different grading scale, the students will not understand,” Sangeeta Shanbhogue says.
