“I challenge the way they’re actually trying to compensate for the lack of housing. You’re not able to do that in the next 50 years in LA. There are other people like me who would actually challenge the city. We are willing to sign a guaranteed contract. I can deliver 10,000 units in five years. It’s not that difficult, trust me,” says Amir Jawaherian.
