A woman was killed Feb. 25 after crashing into a parked semi-truck trailer in El Cajon, a suburb of San Diego.

The incident occurred at approximately 1:19 a.m. on an industrial roadway located on the 800 block of West Bradley Avenue.

The woman crashed her 2004 Toyota Tacoma into the semi-trailer, which was unoccupied, police said.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police have not released more details about the woman’s identity pending notification to her next of kin.
