By now, you’ve probably heard of K-Pop. Artists such as BTS, Blackpink, aespa, and Stray Kids have become phenomena not just in Korea, but worldwide. Or maybe you’ve watched some Korean dramas on Netflix, and even had “Golden” stuck in your head when K-Pop Demon Hunters took over pop culture last year. Basically, Korean entertainment has gotten popular, really popular.

And this scares the Chinese regime.
