At the 2025 Conservative Political Action Conference, we sat down with political strategist Cliff Maloney, CEO of Citizens Alliance and founder of The Pennsylvania Chase, to discuss the importance of “ballot chasing” in winning both local and federal elections. In 2024, Maloney led an aggressive campaign to raise GOP mail-in ballot results for the presidential election in Pennsylvania.
