The Trump administration is expelling so-called “ghost students” from applying for student aid. The administration says it has prevented $1 billion in federal aid fraud.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem briefed Congress on the ongoing threats facing the United States. The Director of the National Counterterrorism Center and the FBI’s Operations Director also testified.

The White House responded to questions on U.S. activities in the Caribbean and on the healthcare bill. NTD has the details.
