Does Trump’s order restricting birthright citizenship violate the Constitution’s 14th Amendment?

That’s what the Supreme Court was grappling with when they heard the Trump versus Barbara case on Wednesday. 

It was so significant – President Trump was in the court to hear part of the arguments. (look at audience) He was the first sitting president ever to do so in history.
