NORTHRIDGE, Calif.—The Macy’s department store in Northridge was the latest target of flash mob robbers who stole about $20,000 in expensive perfumes, according to reports on Sept. 11.

A video posted on social media shows one of the five or six males with hoodies hurriedly putting perfume into a black trash bag on Sept. 10 at the Macy’s in the Northridge Fashion Center at 9301 Tampa Ave. at about 11 a.m.

The robbers used hammers to smash glass cases and steal luxury perfumes, the Los Angeles Daily News reported. The thieves left the scene in a black Infiniti without a license plate. No injuries were reported.
