Recipe: Iced Raspberry-Green Tea Lemonade

This fizzy iced tea recipe with health-promoting green tea is the perfect refreshing beverage. Great for backyard barbecues. Be warnedyour guests will come back for more!


INGREDIENTS



  • 3 cups green tea, steeped

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 4 tablespoon raw organic sugar

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 2 cups sparkling water

DIRECTIONS


Bring water to a boil. Measure out 3 cups and steep with 2 green tea bags for about five minutes. Leave on the counter to cool or pop in the fridge for a few minutes.


Add cooled green tea to a blender with lemon juice, sugar, and raspberries. Blend until everything is well-combined. Pour mixture into a serving pitcher and top with sparkling water. Serve over ice.
