Man Dead, 2 Teenagers Shot in San Diego Home

SAN DIEGO—A shooting early Tuesday morning at a Chollas View home left a 20-year-old man dead and two teenagers injured.

The San Diego Police Department (SDPD) responded to the 4700 block of Nogal Street just after 2:30 a.m.

When officers arrived, the 20-year-old victim was found in the home with multiple gunshots to his chest, according to the SDPD. He died at the scene.

Two teenagers were also shot, a 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy, according to authorities. Both were expected to survive their injuries.

It was unclear what led to the shooting, according to police.

SDPD’s Homicide Unit was investigating the scene for any witnesses, video, or other potential leads.
