Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup unsweetened soy, hemp, or almond milk
1 cup fresh or thawed frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh organic or thawed frozen strawberries
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped raw cashews, almonds, or walnuts
Instructions:
Blend banana and non-dairy milk to make topping. Arrange berries and lettuce leaves in a bowl. Pour topping over fruit. Top with chopped nuts.
