The hackers allegedly sent out multiple tweets from Swift’s account telling her millions of followers to follow @lizzard and @veriuser—who claim to be involved with a hacker group called the Lizard Squad.

\r\n

The Lizard Squad takes credit for hacking major gaming systems like Sony PlayStation and Xbox Live.

\r\n

The hackers also allegedly sent out messages from Swift’s Tumblr page.

\r\n

Twitter shut down the hackers’ accounts.

In an early afternoon Tweet, Taylor Swift named @yelyahwilliams “MVP of the Day” for being the first person to text Swift this morning about the hacks on her social media accounts.






Swift’s Twitter and instagram accounts were hacked and the hackers threatened to post nude pictures of Swift on Tuesday.


Swift responded to the threat in a Twitter post.










The hackers allegedly sent out multiple tweets from Swift’s account telling her millions of followers to follow @lizzard and @veriuser—who claim to be involved with a hacker group called the Lizard Squad.


The Lizard Squad takes credit for hacking major gaming systems like Sony PlayStation and Xbox Live.
