Live Nation Entertainment Chief Financial Officer Joe Berchtold testifies in U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on competition in the ticketing industry at 10:00 a.m. ET on Jan.24.

Witnesses at the hearing also include top executives from SeatGeek and Jam Productions.

Senators will question the event ticketing industry on Tuesday after Ticketmaster’s failure to process orders for Taylor Swift’s upcoming tour, which left millions of fans unable to buy tickets or without their tickets even after purchase.
