GARDEN GROVE, Calif.—An altercation between a man who was walking his dogs and an apparent homeless man led to a fatal shooting on Sept. 28 in Garden Grove.
Garden Grove Police Department officers were called at approximately 2:50 p.m. to the 10000 block of Katella Avenue, near Brookhurst Street, regarding a person down on a sidewalk, said Sgt.
