The federal government has allowed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives to seep into its agencies, and this is actually creating racism in the government, not eliminating it, Rep. Tom Tiffany (R-Wis.) says.

At Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest, we spoke to Tiffany, who introduced the FAIR Act bill earlier this year, about the need to prevent entities receiving federal funding from giving preferential treatment based on race and to return to merit-based hiring.
