TUSTIN, Calif.—Baked Dessert Bar’s brand-new location—its first in Orange County—is opening on the afternoon of Saturday, Aug. 13, and the first 50 customers can receive a free cupcake.

The store in The District at Tustin Legacy offers two new flavors—the Chicken & Waffles and Maple Bacon Ube cupcakes—that customers can’t find at the other locations in Rancho Cucamonga and Chino Hills.

With every purchase, customers receive a 20 percent discount and a complimentary mochi donut throughout the weekend of the grand opening.

The confectionery is specialized in full cakes, cupcakes, donuts, macaroons, cookies, halo-halo, as well as boba tea drinks with a wide assortment of unique flavors. Keto options are available too.

The menu—featuring ube, turon (caramel fried banana rolls), and yema (egg yolk-based custard)—is inspired by the Filipino heritage of its owner Abby Declaro.
