Ancient Chinese martial arts, once on the verge of vanishing, are now being revived and celebrated in the United States.

Starting this Friday, Waldwick, New Jersey, becomes the “battleground” for NTD’s 8th International Martial Arts Competition. Over 90 contestants from around the world have gathered to test their mastery.

Among them is Eike Opfermann from Germany. He tells NTD how this ancient discipline has transformed his life.
